Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before confirming your booking.
Advance Payment to Confirm Booking
To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment is required. The remaining 50% is to be paid on arrival at the property. Your reservation will not be held until this advance payment is received.
Cancellation 7 or More Days Before Check-in
If you cancel at least 7 days before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund of your 50% prepayment, minus any payment gateway charges.
Cancellation Within 7 Days of Check-in
If you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date, the 50% prepayment is non-refundable.

Cancellation by Cashew Garden
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, a full refund of any advance payment made will be issued promptly. We will notify you as soon as possible and do our best to help you find alternative arrangements.
No-show Policy
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the 50% advance payment will be forfeited and the booking will be considered cancelled.
